1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your server service within the first 7 days of activation for a full refund, applicable only to first-time purchases of shared server plans.
- No cancellations are allowed for renewal payments or subsequent billing cycles.
- Cancellations must be requested by email to support@obeyhost.com with valid customer identification.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable to shared server services purchased directly from www.obeyhost.com.
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, VPS, and third-party licenses are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (spam, phishing, abuse, etc.)
- Accounts terminated or suspended for non-compliance
- Promotional or discounted orders
- Payments made using store credits or wallet balance
