All shared server accounts are subject to fair usage limits. Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

6. Payments and Billing

• All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid service suspension.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.

7. Domain Responsibility

We do not offer domain name registration. You are responsible for registering and maintaining your domain with third-party providers. We can assist in linking externally managed domains to our server platform.

8. Backups

While we may perform periodic backups, clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own website and data backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

9. Termination and Cancellation

• You may cancel your server account at any time through your client dashboard.
• We may terminate services for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kochi, Kerala.
